Of course, as always it is our subjective impression, but we always try to convey the atmosphere of the respective event.

The first articles in this section reported about the gourmet evenings at EDEKA in Hamburg – these are definitely worth a visit if you are in the Hanseatic city at the time of the event.

This was followed by reports on our visits to the FRUIT LOGISTICA and the Berlin Wine Fair. Especially in the case of FRUIT LOGISTICA we went into much more detail to present you the annual highlights and innovations on the market.

Of course, it is hardly possible to cover every aspect of such a large trade fair – that’s why our focus is, as always, on the culinary aspect.

If you want to go deeper into aspects such as logistics & transport on the topic of FRUIT LOGISTICA, you will not be able to do much with our experience reports. However, you will certainly find reports on the internet that go into these topics in greater depth.

One of our future goals is to provide you with even more highlights from events such as the Chefs Days, Chefs Culinar, Food Days, International Green Week and FRUIT LOGISTICA ASIA. We already have some of these events in our backlog – we will visit other events as far as time permits – you can remain curious.
